Many people come to Health Coaching because they are dealing with a debilitating pain.  Pain is complex, but

Pain is information.  

It is the brillance of our body telling us that:

• Tissue or identity is being challenged - which can be part of adaptating to a need for more strength or flexibility, 
• Tissue or identity is damaged - which is asking for attention and tending,
• Flow has been disrupted - it is chaotic or stagnant,
• We are breaking with old ways of patterning in body and/or mind - which is asking for an encompassing presence in order to learn and maintain engagement with the process of growth.​​​​​

Coming to the  Portals of Mindfuness and Moving Inquiry we learn to participate intelligently with the information that life is delivering to us.  We learn how to learn.
